Located just above the Resort, this Rustic and modern 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the top floor, next to Silver Mountain. Enjoy Skiing, Water park, Hiawatha Trail, Bike Trails, Galena Ridge golf course, fishing on Coeur d'Alene river, hiking, and so much more! Amenities include hot tub, sauna, steam room, fully equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops, and an in-unit washer and dryer. *Tickets for Tubing, Skiing, and Waterpark are available on the Silver Mountain Resort Website.

Terms & Conditions

Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8am. Full time Owners live below. Please don't allow running, or loud noises. Please leave closet door to Dryer open when in use to prevent moisture buildup. Dryer vents to dryer box inside. Upon checkout, 11 am, please load and run dishwasher, & take out trash. I will take care of everything else! :) * There is no smoking of any kind. This is a family friendly Condo. Thank you. *Hot tub, Steam Room and Sauna rooms could be closed at times for cleaning and maintenance. Food and drinks are not allowed in the Sauna room. Hours for Community Spa room are from 5am to 10pm. *No one under the age of 12 is permitted in the Sauna room without an adult. The building wants everyone and children to be safe. Thank you.
